How much time am I actually getting for my subscription?
We take a value-based approach. We ensure that our work is of the highest standards by a) moving quickly but not rushing, b) working with a team of incredibly senior experts, and c) following an established process with checks and balances.
How long does a content request take?
Typically, you'll receive a content piece with an average amount of up to 1.200 words within 2-3 working days. Project requests with a higher workload may take longer. However, as soon as larger requests are submitted, we'll be in touch with time-to-complete estimates so you'll know exactly when to expect results.
When does my month start and when can I pause?
We work in 30-day blocks of time. Your 30 days begin when we start working on your first request, not right when you pay. You can pause your plan at any time.

How do i sign up for a subscription?

How do I make requests?
Feel free to send your briefings in any format (voice note, video, text note) and channel as you like. We suggest using the process-optimized LANKA LAB Trello board. You can move around your requests on the board so that we are always working on what matters most for you.
What if I have no further requests?
You can pause your subscription at any point. As soon as you need help again, you can use the remaining time of your already paid subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
If you've selected a subscription package but decide it's not for you before we’ve started working on it, you are eligible for a full refund. If the work has already started, we can offer a 75% refund of the remaining billable period. For more info, please check our terms of use.
